Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, recognizes and encourages superior leadership and exemplary character. We support collaboration among members across the five phases celebrated by O∆K: scholarship, athletics, service, communications, and arts. Since our founding in 1914, we have continued to honor and develop leaders through scholarships, training and education workshops, career opportunities, online leadership resources, and a lifelong connection to other members.
2018 marks the 50th Biennial National Convention and Leadership Conference. This gathering has had many names throughout the years, but it has always brought students, faculty, staff, and alumni together share experiences, develop leaders, and build networks.
Our convention is for:
- Students who lead. O∆K students stay up late getting that paper just right; get engaged on their campus and in their communities; and, step up when they see a challenge. Come share your leadership and learn from others.
- Circle advisors who care. O∆K circle advisors keep their doors open (even past office hours); celebrate excellence in and out of the classroom; provide the stability each circle needs to be successful. Come and be recognized for your contributions and share your secrets of success with other advisors.
- Alumni who contribute. O∆K alumni may not be attending or working at a college or university, but they contribute through service at the national level and in financial support of the whole organization. Come celebrate with those students, faculty, and staff who benefit from your support.
We welcome students, circle officers, alumni, guests, and all Omicron Delta Kappa members to our 2018 Biennial National Convention and Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tenn. from May 31 – June 3.
The 50th Biennial National Convention and Leadership Conference will recognize the leaders of today and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
