Circle Programming
Is your O∆K circle known for any particular program or event on your campus? The most successful circles create quality leadership development programming that benefits members, the campus, and/or the community. Through these interactive sessions, you can learn best practices from a diverse set of circles, discuss your own circle programming, and get ideas for future programming.
Professional Development
What skills should a good leader possess? What skills do O∆K members possess? Your knowledge, skills, and abilities will direct your career path, but your leadership talents will shape how you approach your profession. Learning how to leverage your leadership strengths now will make you a stronger professional. These sessions will focus on fostering leadership skills within yourself and others.
Member Engagement
What do volunteers and O∆K members have in common? Both are often busy with many commitments on campus and in the community. As a leader, how do you keep other leaders engaged in your group’s activities? These sessions will teach you about engagement on many levels: collegiate members, your campus, volunteers, and alumni.
Leadership Development
Leadership lessons are all around us from the athletic field to the classroom to the professional world. O∆K recognizes exemplary leadership in campus and community life, and all members have the responsibility of developing leaders in those same areas. How do you grow as a leader and help cultivate other leaders? These sessions will highlight personal leadership growth and the importance of diversity in both leaders and new ideas.
