$ 99.00 – Official Delegate (only 1 per circle)
$399.00 – Individual member on-campus*
$299.00 – Individual member off-campus
$ 75.00 – Individual member one-day Friday (includes lunch and materials)
$ 95.00 – Individual member one-day Saturday (includes lunch, dinner, and materials)

The convention registration fee is all-inclusive. The fee covers conference materials, social events, all meals (except Friday night), shuttle service to and from the airport, and transportation for the “Nashville Experience.” Each participant is responsible for individual spending money. We recommend bringing cash and/or a credit card to purchase O∆K gear and for expenses for the evening out in Nashville.
Official delegates will be provided a $100 travel grant if they attend all the required sessions.
Those who choose to stay off campus will be responsible for their own accommodations and travel to and from their hotel and Belmont University.
*Linens are not included in the on-campus housing. Attendees may bring their own linens or pay a $30 linen fee.

May 1 – Last Day to Register to guarantee On-Campus Housing

**On-site registration except for one-day registration will not be permitted.
Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The following cancellation fees apply to all convention registrations.

100% refund – Cancellation prior to May 16, 2018
No Refund – Cancellation on or after May 16, 2018***
*** Registrations may be transferred to another individual until May 16. After May 16, registrations may not be refunded or transferred.
